1. Project Scope & Staging
All client engagements are governed by bespoke Statements of Work (SOW) developed during Stages 01 and 02 of the Velsen methodology. Project scope, sprint durations, third-party integrations, and investment requirements depend strictly on the agreed technical and design specifications.
2. No Guaranteed Business Results
While Velsen executes rigorous design systems, optimized technical codebases, and conversion-centered user flows, we do not make fabricated or legally binding guarantees of specific sales figures, viral engagement, or search engine ranking positions. Commercial success is subject to broader market conditions, pricing strategy, product quality, and advertising spend.
3. Concept Works & Velsen Lab
Projects cataloged under the "VELSEN LAB · CONCEPT PROJECT" label represent self-initiated technical experiments and architectural demonstrations. They are not claimed as verified client engagements.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full final payment for commissioned work, all bespoke frontend design tokens, theme code, and authored assets become the intellectual property of the commissioning client, excluding proprietary pre-existing Velsen starter scaffolds or open-source libraries.
5. Jurisdiction & Inquiries
